Apicoectomy and Retro fill (Root End Sectioning and Root End Filling) Sometimes the conventional root canal treatment is unsuccessful and surgical treatment is needed in order to save the tooth. This is a surgical approach to re-sect the root end and attempt to seal the canals with the use of microscope for better visualization. |
